This project involved providing comprehensive construction administration support services for the Liwa Plastics Industries Complex in Oman. The primary objective was to ensure a large warehouse facility, with an area of approximately 44,000 SQM, was fully compliant with the latest GCC code and NFPA standards as adopted by the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA).

Construction Administration Support Services
- Detailed reviews of the installing contractor's shop drawings and material submittals were conducted for all fire and life safety systems, including fire protection, fire alarm, and general building construction components.
- On-site visual inspections were performed to verify that all installations were completed in accordance with the approved designs and met all code requirements.
- The testing and commissioning of the fire detection and alarm systems, fire protection systems, and emergency lighting were witnessed to ensure full functionality and compliance.
- The final compliance report was prepared and submitted to the CDAA to secure the final occupancy permit.

The project successfully navigated the complex regulatory landscape, achieving full compliance with all performance expectations.
